- Fifteen businesses in the Barossa region will receive tailored support to help them employ an apprentice or trainee for the first time and grow their business.
- Led by Regional Development Australia, the project will help businesses across the Barossa, Gawler Light and Adelaide Plains to consider their skills needs and assist in business planning.
- Businesses will be given access to the Business 2 Business (B2B) network, including professional practitioners, such as workforce development agents, accounts and legal practitioners, which will help them become ready to employ an apprentice or trainee.
- Skilling South Australia is a partnership between the State Government and Federal Government to deliver the skills required by industry and ensure South Australians are ready to step into jobs and enjoy rewarding careers in the future.
