  • The total amount approved for primary producers in The Corporation of the City of Whyalla area under the On-Farm Emergency Water Infrastructure Rebate Scheme was $50,000.
  • The scheme provides a rebate to South Australian primary producers for the cost of purchasing, installing and repairing on-farm water infrastructure for livestock and permanent horticulture.
  • The rebate can be applied to a range of water infrastructure including pipes, water storage devices, water pumps, and drilling of groundwater bores (and acquisition of associated equipment such as generators).
